Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey

Directions

Add banana, yogurt, spinach, avocado, water and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
