September is upon us, and so is the season of Pumpkin Spice everything. No matter how much you try to avoid it, or even deny liking the classic latte, you can’t escape it. Especially not this amazing post/pre workout protein shake.

Ingredients

• 500g Pumpkin
• 12g Cinnamon
• 6g Ginger
• 300ml Almond Milk
• 30g Chocolate Whey
• 3 Ice Cubes

Instructions

1. Chop your pumpkin into cubes & coat with the cinnamon & ginger, roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees until soft.
2. Leave to cool, then blend together with a little water to make a puree. Add water until desired consistency is achieved.
3. Add 80g of the puree into your blender with the almond milk, ice & protein of choice, chocolate works well with this recipe but give vanilla
